Venue Details and Information Form

This form is ONLY designed to be utilized if I have directed you here. It's just a quick way for a prospective buyer to tell me more details about a venue without having to spend time on the phone.

If you are trying to obtain a quote for your venue, and I haven't met you or played there before, that's fine! Please feel free to use this form. It goes directly to me, and I'll get back with you ASAP. I appreciate your taking the time to give me thorough information.

You want your customers and patrons to have a great experience at your venue.

I want to provide that.

we all detest surprises when it comes to YOUR CUSTOMERS and OUR MUTUAL GOOD NAME.

ONCE AGAIN - YOUR INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL AND WIL NEVER BE SHARED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Please tell me about your event and your venue -

The information I collect on this form helps me determine the size and type of sound system, if I can use equipment carts, and helps me know what to expect at your venue. I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS show up at the venue AT LEAST three (3) hours early. That way I can load in, sound check, move cases, and not bother your customers and staff.

I generally finish in time to go out to the van, cool off, change clothes and prepare.

If I have not worked for you before, PLEASE take just a few minutes to help me out and give me good information so I can give you an accurate quote. I hate surprises.
